Below is the link for slide show I did with pictures from my first week on Ambergris Caye, Belize.  My intent is to give you an idea of what life is like here on the island.

    Yo! Frank!
I see that you’ve covered a couple of miles or so on your bike. It’s fun to read about your adventures. Where are you going next?

Okay if I post a link to your site on the Vegan Bodybuilding Forum?
Yes, I’m still lifting, although not quite as heavy as we used to do (Rick Thompson suggested that it should be okay to increase the reps, but take it slow adding iron.)

    Keep ’em rolling!

      Hi Bruce!

Great to hear from you, I do think about you and all the adventures we had leading Boy Scouts to learning they can do whatever they set their mind to doing. I’ve had many solo adventures since those days but miss sharing them with others, thus the creation of this website. Glad to see you are reading about my journeys and willing to share it with the Vegan Bodybuilding Forum, one of my goals is to reach as many folks as possible with my stories, hopefully inspiring others, especially old guys like us to get off the couch, get out and create their own adventures.

I’m down in Florida for the winter, wandering around visiting relatives and friends while getting in lost riding miles since I didn’t ride the length of Central America as originally planned. Next Spring I’ll be heading to another foreign country possibly Costa Rica, Ecuador, Philippines, Thailand or somewhere in the world. In the fall 2014 planning on going to Spain to backpack the El Camino de Santiago, want to join me?

Good advise from Dr. Rick and that you are still pumping iron. Barbara is probably happy to see her man pumping iron and keeping buff, too.

I’ll keep rolling, you keep up pumping iron and may our paths one day cross for an adventure or two together.
